THE PHONE CONSULTATION

We use our phone consultation as preparation for our onsite consultation. The more information that is provided, the better we can prepare for our initial meeting. During the telephone conversation, we will discuss the scope of your wall or furniture project. We will also discuss the size of your project and the approximate time you wish for your project to begin. We will be able to provide a complimentary estimate at the conclusion of our onsite meeting.

THE ONSITE CONSULTATION

During the initial consultation, we will discuss the ideas you have, the mood you are trying to create and the look that you desire. We will share with you design options, let you view actual sample boards of decorative finishes that could be custom designed to meet your needs, and choose a color pallet that will compliment your décor.

Your project will be measured at this time. As with all custom work, project fees are based on the size of the project, the services and techniques used (level of difficulty), the amount of time needed to complete the project, and the materials needed to complete the project. Within 1-3 business days, you will receive a quote. Both residential and commercial clients are shown sample boards, faux samples, or colored sketches prior to the initiation of a project.

THE PROCESS BEGINS

Once you have accepted the quote, a contract will be signed and a deposit of one-half to the estimated fee is due to secure a start date and work initiated. The remaining balance is due at the completion of the project. Most decorative wall finishes take 1-5 days and furniture takes 2-weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the technique, number of layers and size of the area.
